WP1 Project Coordination. The 1st WP ensures the high quality level of the project’s results by monitoring continuously the execution of the project activities (milestones, deliverables) and the optimum coordination of the partners.
WP2 Requirements Analysis. Will develop and implement the procedures for identifying the current and emerging needs of the target user communities.
WP3 Infrastructure Deployment & Integration. Design and deploy the infrastructure components that will support the development of all the agINFRA applications and layers.
WP4 Data Management, Processing, Visualisation & Navigation. Specify, adapt, improve and deploy versions of either existing software components or new software components that can support agricultural data management, processing, visualization and navigation.
WP5 Data Policies, Workflows, Interoperability & Integration. Study community-driven policies and practices for agricultural data management in order to explore their migration from a research infrastructure.
WP6 Development and deployment of the integrated services. Will focus on the integration of various developed data management, processing, visualization and navigation components.
WP7 Evaluation of Integrated Services. Plan and coordinate a series of demonstrators & trials of deployed agINFRA services to test the data infrastructure.
WP8 Dissemination, Training & Sustainability. Promote agINFRA to interested stakeholders and create a strategy that will ensure its continuation and sustainability.
